K C Sahu
KC has a great entrepreneurial spirit which led him to establish ITRadiant in the year 2018. A graduate of Metallurgical Engineering from NIT Rourkela, he worked at Vizag Steel Plant during the early years of his career. A visionary and a heavy belt, it has been over two decades now that KC is working in the SAP domain and there's been no looking back since then. KC’s intellectual canniness has earned him a flawless reputation in the market. He is an example of a leader who has always maintained a low profile and has stayed out of the limelight.
A quiet leader, KC has held prestigious positions like–Executive Vice President and Head of SAP Operations in Wise Men Consultants (2013-2018) and Zensar Technologies (1999-2013) during his extensive and long work career. His business acumen shined during his stint at Zensar, where he expanded the company's footprint to new geographical locations. He was also one of the key founding members of Oak Brook Technologies, which underwent several acquisitions before finally getting merged with Zensar Technologies.
Sculpting, nurturing, and leading the business at ITRadiant, KC has remained down-to-earth and humble in his dealings, without losing his audience in the company. When he is not busy strategizing, and guiding the leadership team, he enjoys reading about Indian history, attending social events, and taking his pet 'Romeo' for walks.
Sudhakar Vissa

Sudhakar Vissa
Sudhakar has more than 20 years of experience in sales, new market penetration, and partnership development. With an MBA from the State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Delhi, he has a strong educational foundation to complement his extensive professional expertise.
At the beginning of his career, Sudhakar was instrumental in reselling Oracle and SAP Business suites to mid-sized companies in US and Canada. Later he went on to hold many managerial positions like Vice President/Sales Director at Wise Men, Zensar Technologies and Jade Global, where he significantly accelerated the company’s business growth. Currently at ITRadiant, his strategic vision and innovative approach to sales have enabled the company to enter new markets and form key partnerships with leading organizations.
Outside of work, Sudhakar enjoys travelling to new places and playing tennis. He is an avid reader of business strategy-related books. In his free time, he likes to experiment with new recipes in his kitchen. He also loves attending Indian musical and cultural events besides volunteering for community services.
Vivek Khandelwal

Vivek Khandelwal
Vivek has 16 years of technical experience in diverse disciplines like solution development, technical architecture, project management, and leadership roles. An alumnus of some of the prestigious institutions like KIIT and IIM Calcutta, he had the opportunity to work for Tech giants like Accenture, Mindtree and Incture Technologies during his career.
Vivek applies his formidable project planning skills at ITRadiant, where he delivers projects within set timelines and stipulated budgets. He uses his mature outlook and skillsets to coordinate with global teams of the projects so that they can stay on track. In moments of stress and pressure, he believes in taking a quick break. This helps him to bounce back and focus on solving issues.
Apart from being a tech geek, Vivek fancies driving premium sports cars. He is into fitness. He loves to cycle daily for an hour and indulges in adventure sports whenever possible. His love for food makes him try new cuisines and experiment with food in his kitchen.
Adarsh Aswath

Adarsh is a talented mind at ITRadiant with 15 years of experience in large-scale Data Warehouse implementation and digital transformation. After his Bachelor’s in Engineering, he had a long stint in outstanding roles, in renowned companies like CH Guenther and Honeywell. He used his specialization in the SAP ecosystem to enhance the Product and Service industry.
Adarsh is intrigued by the new and emerging technologies like AI, Cloud and Big Data Analytics. He uses his capabilities to leverage their benefits in the SAP landscape and find new possibilities. He is a brilliant leader who has PMI-PMP certifications as a Project/Program Manager.Adarsh enjoys spending an hour every day in his terrace garden, nurturing and caring for the 200 plants he owns. Lately, he has also started making travelogues. He is a fun-loving person, full of energy, who likes spending his leisure time with family and friends.

Lavina Lalwani
Lavina is an astute Cost and Accounting professional with years of experience in the finance domain. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Accountancy Honours from JNV University, Jodhpur.
Her penchant to adopt new technologies in finance and payroll function helped ITRadiant winning confidence of employees, partners, and agencies ever since she took charge of the job. She has been instrumental in setting processes and standards for the company during the formative days. She has helped in steering company finances during difficult Covid times and drove the purchase of strategic assets for the company. She is extremely dedicated and enthusiastic about every single thing she does and is a firm believer in giving a hundred percent towards the efforts she puts.
She is a cheerful person who enjoys dancing, humming songs and going on long drives with blaring music playing in her car. Lavina is passionate about sports. She won an inter-school badminton tournament at a young age.

Rachna is a forward-thinking professional with a diverse work portfolio, spanning over 19 years in various countries and domains like Telecommunications, Banking Trade, ERP Software and RFID. She has worked for some MNC giants like Citibank, Atos Syntel, and Wipro during the early years of her career.
A Commerce graduate with Majors in English and Accountancy from the University of Guwahati, Rachna is gifted with innate talent to put vivid imagination to life. She is a storytelling maven and branding strategist who is gifted with the art of communication, and creative flair.
A recipient of several awards & recognitions for her contributions at work front, she is passionate about every ITRadiant customer achieving their goals and dreams with the collaboration of digital transformation and innovation.
Versatile & ambitious, Rachna has won several Chief Minister Awards for her contributions to writing. She loves spending time with family. Her love for nature, meditation, and music fuels her imagination and creativity.

With years of professional experience, Shibani has earned her Masters from MITS School of Biotechnology, Bhubaneswar. Honing her skills in gaining deep understanding of SAP, she is a solution wizard, excelling in problem-solving and getting things done. During her time at Pulsus Group Medical Research Journal, she demonstrated proficiency in project task scheduling. She is also passionate about singing, painting, playing musical instruments, and reading classic novels.

Srikanth Myneni
Boasting 27 years of IT expertise in Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare, Srikanth has managed projects like data migration to Oracle ORMS and SAP ECC and modernizing legacy applications. He has experience in both on-site and offshore delivery management and has worked with major clients in North America and Europe. He has overseen diverse technology tracks, including Testing, MSBI/PowerApps, Mainframe ASM, and Java/.Net/Hybris. He has worked at Wipro Technologies and Patni Computers in various roles. Outside of work, Srikanth enjoys long drives, live music concerts, following politics and economic news, and is an avid cricket fan.
