K C Sahu founded ITRadiant in 2018, bringing together nearly three decades of experience across industry, enterprise technology and consulting. A Metallurgical Engineering graduate from NIT Rourkela, he began his career at Vizag Steel Plant before moving into enterprise technology and SAP consulting.

Over the years, KC held senior leadership positions at Zensar Technologies and Wise Men Consultants and was among the founding members of Oak Brook Technologies. His experience spans business development, global delivery, SAP transformation and building technology organizations across markets.

At ITRadiant, he focuses on long-term strategy, client relationships, innovation and developing the next generation of leadership—guided by the belief that technology matters most when it creates meaningful business impact.

Sudhakar Vissa

Sudhakar Vissa brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology sales, market development and strategic partnerships across North America and international markets.

An MBA graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo, with a bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Delhi, Sudhakar began his technology career working with Oracle and SAP solutions for mid-market organizations. He subsequently held senior sales and business development positions at Wise Men Consultants, Zensar Technologies and Jade Global.

At ITRadiant, Sudhakar leads business development and strategic partnerships, helping the company enter new markets, deepen client relationships and translate emerging technology capabilities into meaningful business opportunities.

Vivek Khandelwal brings more than 16 years of experience across solution development, technical architecture, program delivery and technology leadership.

An alumnus of KIIT and IIM Calcutta, he has worked with organizations including Accenture, Mindtree and Incture Technologies, building experience across complex enterprise technology environments and global delivery models.

At ITRadiant, Vivek leads technical services with a strong emphasis on architecture, execution discipline and predictable project delivery. He works closely with global teams to bring technology and business requirements together, helping ensure that complex initiatives remain practical, scalable and aligned with client objectives.

With 25 years of experience, including 23 in SAP, Krishna specializes in managing large-scale SAP programs across implementation, upgrades, rollouts, and support. A Certified Scrum Master, he has led SAP Practice & Delivery for over 16 years, delivering complex ERP solutions for global clients. His expertise spans SAP R/3, S/4HANA (greenfield/brownfield), CRM and both on-premises and cloud environments. Skilled in end-to-end business processes and more—he brings strong capabilities in program management, pre-sales, and technical development.

Lavina Lalwani leads finance and operational governance at ITRadiant. A Commerce graduate with specialization in Accountancy from JNV University, Jodhpur, she has played an important role in strengthening the financial and administrative foundations of the company.

Since joining ITRadiant during its formative years, Lavina has helped establish processes across finance, payroll and operational controls while supporting the organization through periods of rapid growth and uncertainty, including the pandemic years.

Her focus is on financial discipline, process integrity and thoughtful use of technology to build an operational foundation capable of supporting ITRadiant's continued growth.

At ITRadiant, Srikanth focuses on strengthening the SAP practice through solution development, delivery excellence and capability building. His broad technology and industry experience helps connect enterprise architecture with the practical realities of large-scale transformation programs.

Adarsha Aswath brings more than 15 years of experience in data warehousing, analytics and digital transformation, with a strong background in the SAP ecosystem.

An engineering graduate and PMI-PMP certified program professional, he has held significant roles with organizations including CH Guenther and Honeywell. His experience spans large-scale data platforms, enterprise analytics and transformation programs.

At ITRadiant, Adarsha leads initiatives across Data and Analytics while exploring the growing convergence of AI, Cloud and enterprise data. His focus is on turning increasingly complex data environments into practical intelligence that supports better and faster business decisions.

Shibani Sahu

Shibani Sahu

With years of professional experience, Shibani has earned her Masters from MITS School of Biotechnology, Bhubaneswar. Honing her skills in gaining deep understanding of SAP, she is a solution wizard, excelling in problem-solving and getting things done. During her time at Pulsus Group Medical Research Journal, she demonstrated proficiency in project task scheduling. She is also passionate about singing, painting, playing musical instruments, and reading classic novels.

Keerthika V

Keerthika V brings together scientific education, SAP architecture expertise and deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry.

She holds a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Central Florida and is a certified SAP S/4HANA architect. Her experience includes complex enterprise processes within the North American pharmaceutical market, with particular depth in revenue and contract management.
